Lost packages
Once your package is handed over to the courier we are not responsible for any shipping delays or packages that are lost or stolen. However we will always do our best to find out what happened and find a solution together.
Order cancelations & modifications
Returns & exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We are unable to process full refund under the following circumstances:
1. Returned items have been worn, or
2. Your LIRIO JEWELS order didn't arrive due to one or other circumstances outside of our control ( f.e. not cleared customs, natural disasters ), or
3. Your LIRIO JEWELS order has been placed at a discount. All sale items and discounted products are final sale. All personalized & custom orders are final sale. Earrings are final sale due to hygienic purposes.
When exchanging the fastest way to ensure you get your desired item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We strongly advise you to choose wisely your ring size using our RING SIZE GUIDE before purchasing. Customers are responsible for shipping fees to and from LIRIO.
Return to sender
Please make sure all your details are correct at the checkout. We do not alter shipping addresses. If your package has been returned back to us we are happy to resend it back to you, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Warranty
Of course we want you to be happy with your purchase and we understand that things may happen to your items. That's why we are happy to offer 2 years warranty on items except any discounted or sale items.
