For delivery we provide Express Shipping. Your order can be tracked. The exact cost of shipping and the delivery time depends on your destination country.

Please note: Delivery time is processing time + shipping time. Our average dispatch is 1 - 3 business days. ( Not including weekends ) Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this may vary. Thank you for your patience.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier or air and ground transportation delays, nor any extra fees.

To avoid delay in receiving your order from customs, we advise you:

- to provide phone number where you can be reached by customs when your order arrives
- please do not ignore requests from carriers regarding duties and/or tax liability charges. Most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.


CUSTOMS ORDERS

Customs orders will take up to 6 weeks to arrive as these products are made to order and are subject to quality control. Please note, even if next day delivery is chosen for custom products as the shipment option it will still take 6 weeks. We advise selecting the cheapest shipping option.


DUTIES & TAXES


LIRIO JEWELS ships to our European customers with duty & taxes paid.
Delivery to any other country, including but not limited to the US, Canada, Australia, South Africa or any other European country outside of the EU, customers are liable for any duties & taxes incurred once your order reaches the destination country.
